Founded in 1836, Pommery has captivated the world with its timeless will and individuality. This prestigious house launched the first ever Brut and established the modern Champagne style. Even today, the elegant aroma and refined taste are maintained thanks to the spirit inherited from Madame Pommery and the outstanding technique of Chief Winemaker Thierry Gasco.

A quintessential Pommery style wine. It boasts a pale, greenish-yellow color and a captivating, lively effervescence. Aromas of citrus and white flowers add softness, with hints of small red fruits. Overall, it's fresh and refined, offering a harmonious balance of liveliness and elegance. Smooth and full-bodied, it features a long finish and a clean, clean aftertaste.

The fragrance combines sophistication and richness, with a bouquet of honey and vanilla layered with the fruity scents of green plum and tangerine. Over time, nuances of lemon verbena, orange blossom, and bergamot unfold.
The flavor begins with a clean, mineral-driven attack, followed by a sculpted, silky texture. A rich, fresh aroma fills the mouth, and the finish lingers with long-lasting accents of iodine and lemon.

Cuvée Louise 2008
CUVEE LOUISE 2008
(1 glass)

It features a pale gold hue and a delicate effervescence. The aroma offers notes of toast, dried fruit, citrus, hazelnut, orange peel, and a smoky nuance.
The flavor is straightforward and sharp, with a balanced acidity and sweetness, a silky texture, and a long, lingering salty finish.

A brilliant pale yellow. The aroma initially reveals dried figs and fragrant almonds, then blends with elegant citrus notes along with baked goods and honey, finally leaving a spicy impression.
The full-bodied, silky, and rich flavor evokes ripe mango and orange marmalade, and the long, lingering finish pleasantly fades away, leading to a fresh aftertaste.
