Management Contract
A management contract is when the owner owns land, buildings, facilities, and supplies, employs employees to manage the hotel, and entrusts its operation to TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts. During the hotel development and new opening phase, we provide consistent support while consulting with owners throughout the process, from market research to business planning, design, and construction. After opening, we dispatch experienced general managers and others to provide accurate operational guidance in customer service, sales activities, accounting, human resources, and facility management, offering TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts' "living know-how."

Franchise Agreement
A franchise agreement is when the franchisor (TOKYU HOTELS & Resorts) allows the franchisee (affiliated hotel) to use the trade name and trademark and provides support in directing customers. Under a franchise agreement, the owner owns the hotel, hires employees, and manages and operates it. With support backed by extensive experience and a proven track record, even owners who are new to the hotel business can start their business with peace of mind.
