recommendation

squid soup

"Dago" means "dumpling" in the Kumamoto dialect, and it is also called dango-jiru (dumpling soup). It is one of Kumamoto's representative local dishes and is often served in school lunches. It is packed with nutrients from plenty of vegetables and chicken broth. Enjoy it with smooth, easy-to-swallow dumplings.

Aso Takana Rice

One of Kumamoto's representative local dishes. Finely chopped pickled mustard greens from Aso are stir-fried and mixed with warm rice. The seasoning is kept simple, allowing the perfect balance of saltiness, acidity, and rich flavor of the pickled mustard greens to shine through. Please enjoy this carefully crafted dish.

Kumamoto Akaushi beef hamburger

This hamburger steak, made with Kumamoto's famous Akaushi beef, known for its rich, savory flavor, is served in a tomato sauce. It brings out the robust umami and fluffy texture unique to Akaushi beef. A satisfying and highly recommended dish to enrich your morning.

Suddenly dumpling

Ikinari Dango, a Kumamoto specialty, consists of fluffy sweet potato and gently sweet red bean paste wrapped in a chewy dough. Its simple yet somehow nostalgic taste makes it a comforting treat for your morning travels. Enjoy this long-loved local flavor for breakfast.
