Doteni curry

Beef tendon is a popular ingredient in the Kansai region. Among them, stewed beef tendon, popularly known as "doteyaki," is a local Osaka dish and an important flavor that we want to pass on to future generations. Please enjoy our hotel's original curry, where the tender beef tendon and sweet miso match perfectly with the curry.

Grilled vegetables made with Osaka-grown vegetables

Local vegetables are grilled on a hot plate and served as a side dish with steak. By grilling, you can enjoy the concentrated flavor and fluffy texture.
