Introduction

TOKYU HOTELS & RESORTS CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the TOKYU HOTELS hotels operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") to participate in the campaign (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign"), please review the following information and complete the prescribed procedures after agreeing to the terms. By applying for this campaign (hereinafter referred to as "participants"), you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of these terms and conditions.

Confirmation items regarding participation and use

  • This campaign is open to residents of Japan who are able to receive the prizes.

  • Minors must obtain parental consent before participating.

  • When applying, please enter accurate information using your own social media account, email address, and our and our hotel's loyalty program membership number.

  • If we detect any unauthorized access or entries from accounts that we or our hotel deem inappropriate (such as impersonation accounts or automated programs), we may invalidate the winning entry without prior notice.

Regarding collaboration with various social media platforms

  • This campaign may be operated in conjunction with external social media services such as those provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), X Corp. (X), and LINE Yahoo! Japan Corporation (LINE) (hereinafter referred to as "SNS companies").

  • Participants shall comply with the terms of service established by each social networking service provider, in addition to these terms and conditions.

  • This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media company.

  • In the event that we are unable to confirm your application or post due to changes in the specifications or system failures of various social media companies, neither our company nor our hotel will be held responsible.

Regulations regarding application, winning, and prizes

  • Winners will be selected through a strict lottery process, and will be contacted using the designated method.

  • We cannot answer inquiries regarding application acceptance or winning confirmation.

  • The right to win is valid only for the winner, and transfer, exchange for cash, and resale (including through online auctions, etc.) to a third party are strictly prohibited.

  • Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the customer, assuming the information entered is accurate. If we are unable to deliver or send the prize due to reasons such as an unknown address, change of address, prolonged absence, or an incorrect email address, the winning entry will be invalidated.

  • Except in cases of deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the operator, the item will not be sent again.

  • For prizes such as accommodation vouchers and restaurant invitation tickets, the customer is responsible for transportation costs to the location and any other expenses not included in the plan. Furthermore, these prizes cannot be used on specific dates designated by our company and the hotel (excluding peak seasons, etc.), or when the hotel is fully booked.

  • In order to receive points, digital gifts, etc., you may be required to register for our designated membership service.

Consent regarding posting to social media and secondary use

  • When posting photos or comments related to the campaign, please take appropriate measures (such as blurring) to ensure that other customers or staff cannot be identified.

  • [Use of Submitted Content] Content submitted by participants (photos, comments, etc.) may be used free of charge and without time limit on our and our hotel's websites, official social media, and in promotional activities (brochures, advertisements, etc.). Please note that we may resize, crop, or otherwise modify the content.

  • [Rights Guarantee] Participants are required to own the copyright to their submitted content. In the event of any dispute with a third party regarding the submitted content, the participant shall resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and expense.

  • Any communication costs incurred when using this campaign will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If our company and our hotel determine that a participant has engaged in conduct that violates laws and regulations, conduct that violates public order and morals, or expresses content that significantly damages the brand image of our company and our hotel, we may, without prior notice, prohibit the participant from using the service and request the deletion of any posts.

  • Neither our company nor our hotel will be held responsible for any troubles that may arise between participants or with third parties as a result of participating in or posting about this campaign.

  • The operator makes no warranties to users or third parties regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or non-infringement of third-party rights of the information provided through this site, including text, images, and software, nor regarding the use or connection environment of this service or this site. Furthermore, the operator shall not be liable for any software, hardware, communication line problems, or any other damages that may arise in connection with the use of this site.

[Governing Law and Jurisdiction] These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this campaign, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
