Our guest is Masahisa Abe, who holds a senior sommelier qualification and serves as the representative director of the NPO Wine Cluster Hokkaido. Hokkaido Active as a leading figure in the promotion of wine and wine tourism, he has long devoted himself to promoting the appeal of Hokkaido 's food and wine. Based on extensive knowledge and experience, he clearly introduces the appeal of Hokkaido wine and the depth of pairing with Japanese cuisine.
