Taking advantage of the 25th floor height and the structure that allows visitors to walk around the entire floor, we have expressed how the light, the city's appearance, the flow of people, and the 360-degree expanse can be felt as a continuous panorama, depending on the time of day. More than just a view, we offer an experience of "touring the city from above, as if walking through the streets of Shibuya."
And on this floor, a lively bistro, a sushi restaurant with a scenic counter, and a lounge exclusively for hotel guests will be opening.

A lively casual dining place that combines the security of a classic bistro with the lightness characteristic of Shibuya today.
As the name "A bientôt" = "Come again," we aim to be a restaurant you'll want to visit again and again.

Beyond Bistro A bientôt is a sushi kaisho, with a special counter seat limited to 8 seats, almost like a hidden retreat.
At the scenic counter overlooking Shibuya and overlooking Shinjuku, you can enjoy a trendy Japanese cultural experience.

Guests only lounge

"Guest-only lounge" (name TBD)

Half of the 25th floor is occupied by a lounge exclusively for guests staying on the upper floor guest rooms.
Enjoy a relaxing time with stunning views from 100 meters above ground. Tea time, cocktail hour, and a special breakfast are included in the room rate.
We will be implementing various initiatives in stages, including collaborations with the local community and limited-time exhibitions, under the theme of "Distillation in Shibuya."

Since its opening in 2000, the 25th-floor restaurant floor, which has been loved by many customers, is now being reborn for a new stage. While cherishing the value of views that have accompanied the city of Shibuya, we will continue to offer a new experience on the floor of "SHIBUYA PANORAMA," which features a bistro, sushi, and a lounge exclusively for guests. We apologize for any inconvenience during the construction period, but as a floor symbolizing the future SHIBUYA EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU, we aim to create a space where everyone can spend a richer and more fulfilling time.
All of our staff are truly looking forward to welcoming you on the new 25th floor.

A bientôt restaurant ・ Shunsai and future details

* The currently operating A bientôt restaurant and Shunsai will close on July 31, 2026, due to this renewal. We sincerely thank everyone who has supported us over the past 26 years.

* Estacion Café, lounge (5th floor) will remain open as usual during the renovation period.

* During the renovation period, breakfast will be served not only in the Estacion Café, lounge (5th floor) but also in the banquet hall (6th floor) on some business days.

* Detailed information about each facility will be announced gradually in the future. Detailed information and reservations for 'Bistro A bientôt' and 'Sushi Shunsai' will be released in mid-September 2026, while a press release for the newly established 'Lounge for Guests' will be released in October of the same year.
